[Resolved] Yepme.com — Got wrong product | |||||
I ordered 2 jeans, one is of black colour and other is of sky blue shade. I placed my order that is Order ID:[protected]/8/2016 1:53:00 AM) and paid through my card. I received sky blue shade jeans but didnt receive black jeans, and instead of black jeans i received yellow legging!!! Actually my mom received the same at home, and told me about the legging. I tried to submit my complaint in written form but the yepme's website didnt submit it, so i called them and informed them about the wrong product which i got.They took my complaint and product was picked up frm my place. I got a message on 23 may 2016 that they received that product, they asked for 48 hours but didnt respond for many days about the issue. Then i called them again, they again wanted time and finally they told us that product is failed in quality check, i told them that it was the same product which yepme sent me, but they denied and asked me to wait for few more days. I didnt get any kind of response till june 17. I called them again and they said that you will not get refund because product did not qualify the quality check. They indirectly put blame on me that the product which they receive is not YEPME'S product. So is this the policy of Yepme to cheat people by sending wrong product and make them fail in quality check up, and ultimately cheat the consumers.
