I HAVE ORDERED 3 KURTIS AND ONE TOP FROM YEPME.COM.KURTIS WERE OF VERY BAD QUALITY AND ONE DIFFERENT KURTI WAS SENT INSTEAD OF WHAT I ORDERED . I COURIER THEM THE PRODUCT AND I RECIEVED A MESSAGE THAT THEY HAVE RECIEVED THE PRODUCT AND MY COMPLAINT IS IN PROCESS. A WEEK HAS BEEN PASSED RECIEVING THAT MESSAGE BUT I DIDNOT RECIEVED MY AMOUNT.MY ORDER NO.13014519 AND COMPLAINT NO.1594337.I TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO USE MY CALL IS ALWAYS IN HOLD. I RECEIVED A MESSAGE ON MAY 1, 2015 THAT MY REFUND HAS BEEN INITIATED IN MOBILE AND ALSO IN EMAIL FROM [email protected] BUT NOTHING IS RECIEVED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT . I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE BY CALLING AROUND AFTER 43 MINUTES THEY RECIEVED MY CALL AND SAID MY REFUND IS INITIATED AND IT WILL TAKE AROUND 14 DAYS EXCLUDING SUNDAYS.
I RECIEVED MY ORDER ON 20 APRIL 2015 AND SENT THEM BACK THE PRODUCT VERY NEXT DAY AND THEY CLAIM THAT THEY RECIEVED IN 31 APRIL. I DONT KNOW HOW THEY RECIEVE THE ORDER SO LATE AS I COURIER THEM THROUGH SPEED POST.AND NOW TODAY IS 10 MAY 2015. TILL NOW MY REFUND NOT INITIATED. Yepme.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
