hi sir my names is Shruti, my complaint against to YEPME.COM .I ordered a product from YEPME.but product quality is not good so, I had return this product to YEPME on 22Feb014 and I offer for refund by YEPME. Till now i did not get my refund back they are gave fake commitment to me. It's been more than a months.I am waiting for the refund of these return and the postal charges will be there . I ordered blue denim shoes Size 10, I had quality problem, I return product on 27thFeb 2014,
I add a complaint online for refund on there many times but yepme team not give me response,
I had a call with them they said they'll refund via in 7 days, but over all 3 months are completed they don't give my refund money back.
I sent them my bank details but still I haven received any email reply from them.
Their Call centre is alwyz busy and if connected keeps waiting for 10 mins and charges 1 ruppee and then it hangs by it self.
