Yepme.com — incorrect order | |||
I ordered a pair of t-shirts online from yep me.com and got it delivered after few days, one of those was not what I ordered. While I had all the intensions to return the order, the delivery boy at my doorstep assured me that it would be taken care if I complain on the website. I did mark a complaint yesterday and got a message asking me to return the incorrect T-shirt first byby courier. This is insane. Such a horrendous customer service. If I was told I would have to take the hassle of returning it first, I would not have kept it at the first place. I need the T-shirt I ordered, details of which are explained in the complaint I made on yepme website, along with an apology and a compensation! I would not send anything. They can send my T-shirt n take the incorrect oneone back. Further, they aare sending me threatening msgs that my complaint will be canceled in 6 days if I fail to return the T-shirt.
