Yepme.com — left side shoes are same in pair | |||
My order id 10608700, in which shoes were ordered by me dtd 12 Oct'14 but the left side shoe are same in pair it was (without right leg shoe). when i call to yepme.com the executive inform to email the detail after that their person will come and collect the shoes very shortly. He also inform over call the money will also be refunded after the collection of shoes do 30 DAYS RETURN AVAILABLE as per the YepMe scheme. Till then I awaited for and had called also but one month 30days passed away, today they are not taking responsibility even not responding. Mr Faiyad(their executive) told he cannot do anything it is my mistake etc etc. do whatever you can without any courtesy or manners. Its very bitter experience by following up through all. Shortly, ALL TO INFORM YOU THEY HAVE COMPLETED 30DAYS RETURN AVAILABILITY. Was this information helpful? | |||
