Yepme.com — Misleading to the customer | |||||
I am Supratim Samaddar. I placed an order (Order no[protected] on 24th Feb'16 in Yepme.com to avail Buy one Get one free offer (formal shoes for men). During this purchase I faced some serious customer service related problem. 1st of all, expected delivery date of that product was on 1st March'16, but there was a delay by 7 days (delivered on 7th March'16, tracking id[protected]. 2nd of all I got only one shoe in buy one get one free offer. I WAS BEEN MISLEAD by the company as they are now saying they can not send another shoe as it is out of the stock. I have also talked with the Yepme customer care, but they are saying they can not send my another shoes (tracking no[protected]. Though it was a Cash on Delivery payment mode, but it was very much unprofessional customer service which leads a customer towards misleading only. I would have not buy if there is no buy one get one free facility. Kind request is that please look into the issue so that this site can not mislead any other customer. ***I am attaching some images for your kind reference which can help you in further proceedings.
