[Resolved] Yepme.com — Money paid; item not delivered. | |||
I had ordered for a sweatshirt @ Yepme.com on 12.11.2013. I had paid for the same via net banking and the transaction was successful. They did not deliver the product and stated that they had not received the amount. When I visited the bank, they stated that the amount was transferred to Yepme's account. I have also sent my bank statement to yepme as a proof of my payment but Yepme is not looking into the matter and they aren't giving me a copy of their bank statement of their transactions on 12.11.2013.
