Yepme.com — My Order Amount still not refunded till 07 sep

I have ordered Some cloths (Yepme Wendell Denim - Medium Wash, Yepme Jake denim - Indigo Wash, Yepme Nick Polo Tee - Black) with order no 10393453 from Yepme on 07 Sep 2014. With online payment with State Bank of India of amount 1648.00 Rs. But after payment transaction yepme website shows some error and next day my order is being dispatched with COD option, But we have refused to accept this order and also complain with yepme complaint services and they said amount will be refunded under 10 days. But till today I haven't get my amount refunded in my account . My Yepme order Details are.
