[Resolved] Yepme.com — No reward points on transaction through mobile app

Yepme app gives a message that 50 reward points will be credited for every successful transaction on yepme app. I have ordered many times since may 2016, but no reward points have been credited till now. Following are the order id
31062322, 31062323, 31199464, 31199465, 31290108 that i have placed and completed. Why this false message is shown when you cannot fulfill it. Once i called the customer care also, a ticket was raised and then nothing.
