Yepme.com — Not giving refund | |||
I had purchased 2 pair of footwears from yepme.com in june. But due to small sizes of the footwear, I returned the same to yepme on 18th june 2015 and asked them to refund the amount of rs.536/-. They have done the quality check of the product on 23rd june 2015, and processed my refund on 26th june and told me that within 14-21 days I will receive my refund amount. But still I haven't received my refund amtount, its more than a month. I have also beared the courier charges of rs.190/- for returning the product to yepme office in Delhi from Pune, because they told me to courier. I have also sent them a complaint mail on the email id [protected]@yepme.com twice. I spoke to their customer care executives their names are MONICA and NAINA several times but they are not giving proper response. My Order no.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
