Dear sir/madam, Hereby informed to you that I have placed an order of formal shoes on 30/04/2015 with order ID 13315330. Till now I didn't receive the product. Payment has made online only. So kindly send me the product or refund the amount within 2-3days. I'm very dissatisfied with your service. I had received around 3-5times call from your customer Care though I stated the existing problem but problem has not been resolved. Always your service should be customer satisfaction oriented not business oriented. With this once again reminding you please process the order ID 13315330 very soon as possible.
