Yepme.com — not sending ordered items or refunding amount

I have ordered 4 products(women foot ware) online at yepme.com. But, i received 2 damaged and 2 requires size change. I have initiated replacement request as per the comp. policy and returned all the 4 items. I have received only 2 items(replaced only damaged ones) and when i called they keep on saying they credit the amount for the remaining two items. I have paid online. my order number: 11844637 complaint number: 1355030 I fed up with these guys.
