Dear Sir...I Pradip kumar singha from west bengal Bankura district was placed a order which order no[protected] & the complain id is 1112050 on 17/10/2014 through payment by debit card. Almost Yepme delivery consideration date was 26/10/2014...when delivery was not made into my address, I raised a complain, then after 5 days my order was delivered to me in sealing condition. When I open my order pack I was surprised that my order is discolured & back dated...Just like a used.On same day I was send this product on 01/11/2014 to new delhi-110037 with fill up the refund form which Yepme send with my order, through DTDC COURIER SERVICE, CN NO-K74970368 & FRANCHISEE CODE-KF317. But till date no response from Yepme. to receive my refund packet.So that now I request to Yepme please refund my order as soon as possible.Please acknowledge when you receiving .my refund product & confirm me via mail & sms.Thats all..
