[Resolved] Yepme.com — payment already paid by debit card the product not received | |||
It is my first order with Yepme.com.For raising complaint against unreceived item. I have placed an order for 2 jeans and my Order Id : 10605483 placed on 6th Oct. 2014 . After few days courier company tracking site say order delivered and signed but my order not received. I raised a complaint next day with Yepme customer care they said it will be delivered soon. After also 3-4 complaints and more than 15 days i didnt received the item.So i requested to check it. after this yepme blocked my account so that i cant able to log in to my yepme account and not seen status of about my order. reply ASAP Was this information helpful? | |||

I thought company not taken any step to resolve my complaint. company not a single mail or call about issue of my complaint. he send only one sms on dated 27/10/2014 01.38 PM "Your order id 10605483 is successfully delivered for any queries email us as [email protected]" i compose a mail for not received my order. after this email address is unmonitored message received from yepme server "This is an un-monitored email account and emails sent to this email address will no longer be read or responded to. what can i do. Yepme.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
