Yepme.com — Refund money not giving

Hello Team, I have placed order on 2nd July 2014 (order id: 7806719) and still now I didn't received the product. I was calling to customer care regularly and they informed to me it will deliver with in 48hrs, that is never happened. I call to customer care on 22nd July evening and they informed to me your product got rejected and refund will be get in 10days. This is happening after 7months. Now their call centre team telling only get coupon code not money back. I should get the my product. If it is not possible then give Rs.50000/- spending my time, money for product, call to customer care every day and my blood passer. Same thing I will update on social network site.
