[Resolved] Yepme.com — Refund not being given | |||
Vide order no 10112507 dated 10 Aug 2014 I had placed an order combo of shoes and tracksuit with yepme.com. The payments was done using credit card and accordingly Rs 6, 99.00 (Rs six hundred and ninety nine only) was debited to my credit card. The transaction details are as under :- 10/08/2014 MT142240058000010000249 WWW.YEPME.COM-IBIBO GURGAON IND INR 699.00 (Dr) The said order order was cancelled by yepme.com due to non availability of stock. I had accordingly requested for refund of the money. For the last one and half months I have spoken to Mr Arun, Mr Tushar, Mr Neraj and so many others at their complaint/help line no[protected]. Every time I am told that we have escalated the complaint and in next ten days it shall be resolved. But it is still pending to be resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
