[Resolved] Yepme.com — Refund not done | |
I have placed order on yepme site on March 3rd, 2014. Details are"Order Id : 5670791 Expected delivery date : March 07, 2014 Mode Of Payment : Credit Total Amount : INR (Indian Rupees) 924. I received order on 9th march and requested a return order for the same on same day. When i placed return pick up for the same, their customer care executives started extending the dates for refund. My complaint no is 594135. After so many follow ups and misleading statements of their representatives, finally I got refund of Rs 619 in my account on 1st April, 2014. Now their representatives are not picking up phone call and not even intimating about the reduction in our refund amount. Was this information helpful? | |

My name is Sonali and my order no. is 10267398. I was not satisfied with my order and therefore i sent back the product on 29 Aug, 2014, which is within 10 days of product delivery. I have not received any refund of the product till date.
I have previously filed a complaint for refund but it has gone unnoticed by Yepme.

Yepme.com — Wrong delivery of Product
I have placed order of sports shoes, Order No. 13387071 dated[protected] instead a pair of leather shoes was sent to me. Further the order was for buy one get one. I want the replacement of the shoes and other shoes also. Please respond.refund of the products sent back is not yet received

My Order Number is 7396960
I paid the Order amount through Net Banking
after a day the order was cancelled by yepme.com itself
and they told that they will refund it with in 7working days
I have also called to customer care but not proper response from customer care.
I have mail BANK STATEMENT, ORDER DETAILS AND ORDER CANCELLED BY YEPMEE DETAILS TOO on [protected]@yepme.com.
but not acknowledgement too from yepme.com.
I complaint to Customer care of yepme.com on 17 june 2014, on that day they told it will take 7 workings
Now its July 5th 2014 no refund yet.
as the customer care number is also not of TOLLFREE.[protected]
to call customer care we have to deduct our mobile balance too. that is also one of our expense in that refund process.
