Yepme.com — Refund not initiated | |||||
I had returned the product on 27 dec 2015 and they had also confirmed the return. Its 6 april 2016 today and still yepme.com has not credited the money on my account. I have sent 30 emails to them and they are taking 5 to 6 days for answering single email. Very poor service. I have sent them bank detail statements multiple times and still they are not crediting the money. I am really frustrated. Please take some serious steps against them. I have called them more than 25 times and they dont have any toll free no either. So the customer have to pay the telephone bills also. I have spent more than 250 rupees on the call and they have to credit my Rs 1218 . I would not recommend this shopping website to anyone.
