I have ordered 3 t-shirts valued 548 rs in total on 16 October 2014.during transaction my account 3d secure codd was not registered due to that my transaction would fail but amount was debited inspire of secure code not submitted I contacted bank they said amount is being credited into a pooled account avenue pvt Ltd. Called yepme many times all the time they say amount will be refunded but no refund yet.I need my money back.my contact no is [protected] j can check my transaction by this also. Also I have sended and received 20 emails in total about account creation, subscription, order placed and rejected and requesting to refund through direct and as well as akosha team.three orders rejected on same day 16 Oct 2014 but still no refund. If any refund is done let me know the proof or if this is not credited into yepme account let me know as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
