Yepme.com — Refund of Cancelled Order not done

I have booked a T.Shirt in YEP ME on 07.03.2015. But after few days they have cancelled the order from their side without intimation. When i checked the status in their tracker it is displayed " Customer cancelled the order ". When contacted the customer care, there is no proper response from their side. The only thing they keep on repeating is " The money will be refunded to your account within 2 to 3 days and we have escalated the complaint to next level."
