[Resolved] Yepme.com — refund required | |||
I had placed an order with Yepme.com on the 6 th of November for a blue coloured denim Capri.I received the order on 12 th november. The product that i received was not what i had ordered..I received an over sized pink Capri and the product that i received was defective, the colour is faded., thread coming out.. I had applied for a reverse pick up and refund on the 13 th of November.its the 25 th of November now, they still haven't picked up the product and neither have they refunded the money. Everytime i call up the customer care executive says, it will take another two days to pick up and another 2 weeks to issue the refund.Please help This is the worst online shopping experience i have ever had. Absolutely non helpful customer care. Terrible service delivering defective products. This site has literally wasted almost my 20 dys Worst shopping website..
