Yepme.com — Regarding replacement | |

I had placed an order having an order id[protected], of two items(yepme red loafers and yepme fremna women's watch). And i got a size issue with the loafer, so i placed a replacement order having compliant no-1670059 but today when i was about to pack the loafer for courier for replacement, i foung that the watch was not working properly and one of the leather loop is out of order.And now i am unable to comlaint again regarding that order id and i am unable to contact customer support too.
I want a replacement of the loafer as well as of watch.
What should i do now?KIndly revert back soon.
