[Resolved]  Yepme.com — Regarding Reverse pick up, poor call service and late delivery

I bought a pair of jeans under one on one offer . I found one of the jeans was having size issue so I put a replacement complaint . 1) Firstly I tried to call you people in this regard but all I could listen was "there are 9 callers ahead of you in queue with an average time of 11 min " . I tried atleast 10 times but only thing that changed was the caller and time frame. So, very poor call service. 2) Once I lodged my complaint online I got the message to courier back the item I want to get replaced . Nowadays when all the online stores are providing the reverse pick up facility, why can't you. There is no courier facility near my area and that's why I'm unable to courier back my item and currently in an utter helpless condition . So, kindly arrange for the reverse pick up. 3) The complaints in part 1 and 2 are really awful and have given me one of the worst customer experience overall with Yepme . Adding to agony, the time taken for delivering my items after they were ordered was really like an endless wait. I want to share with you people my experience with one another online store Zovi.com. I place the order of 2 shirts two days after I placed my orders on Yepme. My order was delivered in 4 days . I found sone size issue there also but as soon as I dialled them, their representative picked the call in no time and they themselves placed the replacement order (I didn't need to go to their online portal for the replacement order). They also provided me the reverse pick up facility and within 1 week of time my the entire process of delivery and reverse pick up was over and now on 10th day, I got my replaced shirts as well. While all these events were taking place, I got the delivery of Yepme on the day I was giving my item to the reverse pick up personnel. So, kindly look into all these. Rest there is no issue with the quality of the item . But if you could please provide me the reverse pick, I shall be really grateful to you. I can understand that call and delivery facility may go wrong sometimes but I don't see any excuse for not proviong reverse pick up when your peers are doing so
