[Resolved]  Yepme.com — Relacement issue from yepme

I purchased item from Yepme, my order no is 10908038 i found quality was not good, i returned that back for replacement, by speed post, while tracking my courier it shows it is delivered to yepme New Delhi branch before 20 days, but i called on yepme customer care they are telling till now thay didnot received or it may be in quality check, once quality check is done we will replace it, What the hell is this.. Same problem if we came accross jabong or myntra they do a fast and proper action. My replacement order no is 10941354, still it is showing for verification pendin.
