[Resolved] Yepme.com — Replacement order issues and really bad service | |||
I ordered two pairs of shoes[ Order no : 4209419] in December. Since there was size issues, I returned them for exchange by Professional courier. Since I didn't get my replacement, I called them to enquire about it and they say they will revert in 3 days. Called the courier they said the parcel has reached Yepme. Yepme kind of stopped responding to any of my mails, so I started calling the their customer care almost every week . They promised me for a refund. But afterwards I see no response from them, so called them again. The last month call to my surprise they say, the courier has not reached and my order/replacement is cancelled. So all my money for buying the shoes and then the courier charges all gone wasted. PLEASE HELP! Was this information helpful? | |||
