Dear sir, This is to inform you that I am really very upset from your service. First of all I am receiving your messages daily of send the product and send AWB no. And courier name on the email address [protected]@yepme.com. I have completed this process 20 days back and I am not getting any response on replacement of my shoes. I am calling you alternate days but no satisfaction is given by your customer care, Now your call center people are saying that we are unable to give you product.
