I have ordered through YEPME.COM but the transaction is failed event though they debited Rs. 398/- from my icici a/c. i have spoken regarding the same to customer care twice they told to send a bank transaction details, there is no response from this site. The trailing mail shows the history about the order and payment failed statement from the yepme site and my complaint and my concern. The refund amount for the order is not credited in my account still, the day crossed 13 days. Please do the necessary for the refund amount.
