[Resolved]  Yes Bank — Money deducted in failed transaction

I had used Yes Bank Net banking while making a transaction of Rs 8497, with Yatra.com on 24.Nov.2014.
But this transaction failed, the tickets could not get confirmed but money had got deducted from my Yes Bank account.
I had talked with Yatra counterparts, as per them they haven’t received the payment.
Kindly investigate this matter and so that I get my money back.

It’s been almost 15 days but I haven’t got my money bank, kindly revert me back.

We would like to inform you that we checked the database and found that the payment was not charged .

The payment did not go through and was not materialized. There is no refund pending from our end.

Yes Bank is the worst bank to do any online shopping or third party transaction. Their IT systems are not at all capable. The transaction always fails at the bank end, resulting in no payment to the client. But this is in fact fooling the client and the vendor. The transaction is actually successful and the vendor is credited with the money. When we do another transaction thinking the first one was a failure, that too fails, resulting in double the loss for the customer and increased transaction fees for the bank. This is a perfect example of daylight robbery by a Bank. I am happy I have closed my account with the Bank and don't have to deal with this kind of cheating !!

NB: I had already taken up these issues with [protected]@yesbank.in and still the problem was not resolved !!
Hello, My money was debited from my bank account but my transaction had failed at the merchant site PAYTM.
Please check my transaction and re-credit my amount(₹1100), Which was wrongly debited on 13/0421 at 17:22 to ramesh automobiles.
