I am a resident of Baner Pune. Your sales person came home to take the money and promised the connection would be done last week. No one has turned up yet. On time to take money and no punctuality is providing the service! Your customer care is equally useless. I have lost all my currency just making calls to your sales person. Office branches do not pick calls. Close to 50 calls made today. For working from home individuals like me, internet connection is as crucial as the air we breathe. This is the last time I will opt for your connection. I will also make sure I do not recommend your useless service to anyone else. An absolutely disgusted ex customer.
