There are a lot of government rules you telecom is not following, for example, no valid speed test link or a toll free number for customer support. You can get all you money back and still get services from you telecom until they do not follow government rules. I can anytime go to the consumer court alone but I wish to give hard to these lazy bums who keep on looting our money. Make people aware of their rights. I think a group would definitely make a bigger difference. This is a common trend among most of the ISPs to not provide toll free numbers or not create follow complaint tokens. I hope to make the ISP consumers aware and help them get exactly what they have paid for and are entitled to have by LAW.
