Dear sir, I T.V.HEMADRY VISHNUKUMAR(advocate) from purasawalkam at Chennai-600007.I am regular customer o[censored]r broadband.but i have been given more chance to Chennai branch, but they following same procedure. Chennai branch begs us to pay, so very long back i have been paid for 6 months package, they have been promise to us for this time no mistake be done.But they cheated us.My Account No is ' 772564' Accountant name is ' kavitha_tv' in this name i paid 6 months package on 10/10/2014.on that day onwards just 3 days have been connected, after wards from till on day is not been connected. Days is going on but no response is been given, we have contact, given complaint through call center and also branch officer person they giving irresponsible answer. They says to us i[censored] need directly contact to head office. sir, I requesting to u please take sever action against to Chennai branch, i[censored] not take action, I will be take legally action it is effected by the whole you broadband. I have paid full 6 months package amount, I cann't leave this matter. i suffering lot because o[censored]rs broad band i have loose number of high court case matter.i pay amount for u, i become looser.so, i humble requesting to u sir, please retify this matter otherwise refund ours money back. i am wating urs response.
