You Broadband India — Internet not connecting

This letter is to complain you about the internet connection, I purchased from YOU broadband india ltd.Surat(gujarat) branch. I have purchased it on 16th April 2014. Now its going to be one year, from last 6 days my internet is not working there is no prper reply from the company members. When i visited to YOU broadband office in surat, manger was very rude in talking and not giving proper reply, she told me that the problem will be solved.
