You Broadband India — Problem with new broadband connection | |||||
I purchased a new broadband connection on 27 May from YOU Broadband, and despite being told a maximum activation time of 7 days, the connection is still not working. While making the connection inquiry I was told that the connection will be active in 2 days (which was a lie as customer care afterwards said its 7 days), however despite my efforts of calling/messaging/emailing them every day the connection is not working till date. On 6th June they registered a complain (no.[protected] and said the issue will be resolved asap. Since then I have been calling daily in the company (to installation guy/senior executive/manager), and except one guy (who came to install the modem), none of the senior guys either pick up the phone or voluntarily provide any update on the problem. The guy who came to install the model gives a different reason every day and promises that issue will be resolved by ‘evening’. I even sent an email to their customer care ID provided on their website, however never got any response on it (attached is a copy of the email). In fact I got a bounce back on it since they never care to read (and process) the emails and the mailbox is over allowed quota (the exact wording of error - “The users mailfolder is over the allowed quota (size). (#5.2.2)”) I even requested them to cancel the connection and refund my money, but they refuse to do so as well and there is no end to my frustrating experience. Was this information helpful? | |||||
