You Broadband — No connectivity despite paying the full amount | |||
I have renewed my subscription with You Broadband on 28th November 2015. - Account ID - 1161305 - Plan Description: HURRICANE YOU 155 GB 3 MONTHS - Transaction ID: 28-Nov-2015 - Paid Amount: 2673 I was not able to access the internet even for 10 seconds since the renewal. I have raised multiple complaints through their calls and email to their customer care. Below are the complaint numbers. [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] Every time, on every call I had been told that i will receive a call within 4 - 8 working hours. But unfortunately I never received any call from them till date even after consistent follow ups. I had also asked for disconnection and refund, which also didn't happen. This is the worst service provider i have seen. before renewal of subscription, they tortured me everyday for renewal. And once i renewed the service, i didn't get to use it at all. These people are thieves. All they want is customer's money. Once they got the subscription money, they stopped the service. It has been a mental torture to deal with these people.
