[Resolved] You Broadband — Poor services and cheating customers | |||
TO WHOM SO EVER IT IS CONCERNED I have subscribed to YOU BROADBAND services since 2 weeks (paid rent of 3 months in advance), and since the beginning day i m having an issue regarding the speed. I have already contacted their customer helpline and launched several complaint but all in vain. Have made false promises that their executive will be visiting in 24 hrs and all..(they have'nt visited even once) But they have failed to follow what they have promised.. This is a FRAUD done by them, and being a customer I m being cheated Should take strong action against them Was this information helpful? | |||
