You Broadband — You Broadband Pune- Internet not working from 5 days and no call back at all !! | |||
I paid 1500 Rs for 100Mbps 125Gb plan on 29 June. From June 30 onwards, internet stopped working. There is no single call back to enquire or check status. The engineers assigned were Saket and Mayur. I offered them Rs 10 for them to call back. But still they didnt call back and let me know the status. The customer representatives are just dumbos . Thye can just say 4-8 working hours.LOL I also spoke to Cynthia Joseph - Pune head escalation point - but no help. Guys, dont take big plans from You Broadband, the moment they get money, they will play you. Phone recording with them available :) My user id is rc_4634 Was this information helpful? | |||
