we came in to the contact through HELLO TRAVEL, who recommended Rina Rohilla -yourholidayadvisor-and after receipt of there program we sent booking amount, four months before, through bank transfer, We are surprised going through her letter and phonic talk that she is not refunding our amount RS.197000/-, for which not booked the program, we have been repeatedly requesting for the refund, as we were to book another dipavali vacation programs, and she also kept promising to refund full amount RS.197000/-, by letters and whats up message she is responsible for spoiling our dipawali vacation, our money and holding loss(interest), and mental torture, This is matter of serious business violations of Nome's and we need to have clarifications for her final decision of refund of our amount RS.197000/-, HER excuse that she incurred business loss, we are not concerned, if she have not booked hotel and air travel, she must refund, do not mix with her so called business loss.
