[Resolved] Yu Mobile — Poor service, harassment, false policies | |||||
I rahul pandey bought yu yuphoria phone 3-4 months ago and it got damaged(display broken) i filed a complaint to yu for repair of my phone on 8oct 2015. They had policy of 15 days for replacement. They say within 15 days we will replace it by charging only Rs 2299/- but its been 2 months now i didn't get my phone yet and they are harassing me regularly and say that u should wait wait and wait.. Nov 25, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Got cheated by u. Got call from this no+919650396076. He tried to stole from me 7000rs by fund transfer.. U r fraud and making people fool YU Televentures customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
