[Resolved] Yu Televentures — Replacement of battery not get

I have problem with my cell phone's battery. I called YU Support to replace battery. They generated battery replacement waybill no. on date - 20 December 2015 and told me to wait for Maximum 15 days.

Everytime i called them they told me to wait for somedays and they will deliver battery to me. Its almost more than 40 days i waited but still not replaced my battery.

They directly shipped my product on my address without any prior notice.
