I have purchased the Yu yureka model in the Feb 2015, by the end of the year i started facing problem with charging the same i communicated to the Yu service as my mobile still under warranty. Ant they book service request on Jan 2 with Reference Ticket id: 1904127 and told that my problem will get resolved with in 15 working days. They promised they will going to replace my mobile and generated the way bill number as well[protected]. I keep on communicating them on the status of delivery which they never dispatched till date. today when i contacted them regarding the same now they saying as there is delay in dispatching and issue in warehouse we are cancelling all the service request we took and again i have to go to nearest service centre to get my mobile replace they are making fool of customers each and every time we call its almost two months now and still i didn't got my mobile replace and they again want me to start the process freshly that too i have to visit their service centre as against their promise of home service. please help me out this mess Was this information helpful? | |||
