Yu Yureka — Mobile Replacement not received Water Damage Case

For water damage case I had sent my device to YUREKA on 7th of August. Till today they are just saying your device will get back to you within 7-10 working days still I have not received my device. Twice they had created waybill number but for both waybill number status is same. Right now I have no trust on this YUREKA that they will deliver my device. As I am following for the same since last 15-20 days but there is no satisfactory action from their end.
