Zebronic — Replacement

sir, I bought a zebronic wireless head phone, after two month head phone stoped working then I went to zebronics service center laxmi nagar delhi (110092) for replacement and they said it will take maximum 15 days for repalcement.I submitted my head phone.after 15 days I called them but they said it will take 3 or 4 more days .after 1 week I called main service center[protected].they said I can pick my product from service center laxmi nagar when I called laxmi nagar service center they said they don't have my product and suggest to wait .I called daily and same drama happen with me.now 25 days passed now what should I do? my name is Dharmendra kumar email [protected]@gmail.com product id -975374
