Zen Tech Services Bangalore - Tv Services — Repeated fault - TV Not returned yet | |||
We got the company details form Just Dial and had given our TV to Zen Tech Services for repairing in the month of Dec'14. They had taken the TV and got it repaired and returned stating mother board issue. (It was 70 days old T.V bought from out of India). They charged us 6.5k saying replacement of chip and software updation). Later On 15th Jan same issue and after repeated calling them on 20th Jan '15 their tech person came to collect the t.v and said would return the next day. Till date (27 Jan) no response and when calling them no proper response too and if repeatedly asked they don't pick the call.
