Zen Tech Services — TV took for repair is not returned and also not responding | |||
I got Zen Tech services number some where in internet and called them for LCD TV repair. They came and collected my TV on the same day and told they will give repair cost estimates and then based on our approval they proceed. Its been more than 10 days, neither they are responding to calls not returning TV. Seems fraud company and making people fool. As people in Bangalore do not have much time to visit there service center or followup with them, they are taking advantage of that. Never ever give tv for repair to this Zen service centre. They do not keep to their promise. They do not have expertise to repair high end tv sets. Very disappointing service. they keep the tv for more than 10-15 days and do not even bother to inform the status. very unprofessional
