I have deposited an amount of 10k to zenify.In as a token money to book a house for rent. Their website does not mention/says anything about the refund/cancellation terms and conditions. After visiting the site i did not like the house and went for cancellation of the property 2 days after the visit. Now they are saying that i cannot get my amount and the reason they are saying is no where mentioned on their web site. There is no detail/terms about what happens i[censored]ser cancels the booking and in what cases user doesn't get the refund amount. I have attached some screenshots of their website showing no terms and conditions tab.
