Same Case with me. My rented AC from Zero degree stopped working from last Month. I'm Trying to contact them from last month, but all zero degree's cell no. and land-line no. are not working. They are fraud.

My rented AC from Zero degree stopped working from last week. I'm Trying to contact them but all zero degree's contact numbers are now "not in service". They are a total fraud.
I have different problem as want to shift address but no one is responding.only sent email now as last option.

I have similar issue with them. My contract is till nov and the ac has stopped cooling suddenly. I have been trying to contact them via the numbers listed on the contract but both numbers are invalid even the landline one i had earlier. Their ad is also gone from just dial. Got another number from sulekha but no one is picking it up. I am surprised this is happening since their service for installation was real quick. The contract says same day repair but none to respond. Also there's another AC rental company listed on the same address named "cooling point" however the it seems people are facing similar issues with them as well. I guess both companies are same fraud ones. I am not sure what to do now as my 9000 including security is with them.
They are just frauds...!!!
pls pls dont even rent AC from theme even they offer for free...!!
Dont know what will happen with our deposite. their AC condition is not even good so that you can repair your self and use it...
Any body have Idea, how to take it legal..?? Pls advice. so that tomorrow we have to move out, this matter should be closed.

Did anyone received a call from a company located in Delhi Janakpuri. The are claiming that the have over taken the Zero Degree in january. Now they are asking if we wants to renew the agreement or they can refund the security money.
