When I recharged for vc: [protected] the balance has been deducted from my HDFC bank account but still didn't get any recharge for vc [protected]. I have call / mail to [protected]@zingdigital.in and provided below information . 1. Payment Gateway 2. Amount of Payment 3. Date of payment 4. I recharged my zing digital VC no [protected] of Rs 500 through mobikwik app on 26/8/2016. I have recieved sms information from zing digital. My amount is debited and recharge not successful. Plz Kindly accept my complaint and take immediate action.
