Zipker Online Services — I did not like the colour of the dress | |||||
I had ordered a dress from Zipker.com in this month (October). But i did not like the colour of the dress. When i saw online it was looking good but when it was delivered i did not like the colour of the dress. I returned the dress as per their policy of customer couriering it.I couriered it to Surat. After a week i.e on 14th Oct i called on their number & some lady picked the call. I asked about the courier if they have received or not & also told my order no.But no response, again i called back & she again asked for my order no. I again gave it, then she told me yes they have received it. Even I had mailed them my account details for refund & they said they will refund in a week. But I have still not received it. I tried calling on the same number but they are not responding. Please I want my refund of 1389/- Was this information helpful? | |||||
