Zipker Online Services — Improper customer dealings and not returning/ exchanging the product | |||||
I bought a party wear pink saree with sku code P3112 worth Rs. 1969 plus other charges from zipker.com and it was delivered to me on 10 sept morning but the quality of the saree was not upto mark and so i thought of exchanging or returning it and so i went through their return and exchange policies and did as required at the earliest ...i posted queries on their help desk i.e zipker.freshdesk.com and the ticket no. are 1783 and 1956 ...also i sent pictures of the item to be exchanged with all reasons and details as asked by nupur prajapati- the one dealing with my queries but apart from acknowledgment i got no other response...it has ben three days and nothing done till now i mail them daily but no response till now i have, mailed them 10 times and not only this i even rang them up many times ([protected]) but it is always busy or off i even sent msgs but still no reply their head office is at ganga nagar, new delhi...plz do something and hlp me if not return then atleast hlp me getting this item exchanged...
