Zipker Online Services — Unethical behaviour, not refund and executive lies | |||||
I'm order 3psc kurti and salwar suite from Zipker online shop. my order no.[protected],[protected],[protected]. after I received 2item I understand the both product are not good quality. so I decide return it. I make a call customer care of zipker and executive said both 2item send on mail address and she send a mail. As per customer executive instruction by mail I courier for return address but after 3week she said 2item send different location. But before i return confirm all the details and that time she confirmed. But now she told me again send the item 2 different location. also she not refund my last courier charge. already gone 4week and many time she said after 24/48hour or 5day's it will refund on your bank account.
